1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across India through our network of logistics partners. Delivery is available to all major cities, towns, and most pin codes. For remote locations, delivery may take additional time.

Timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery: On all orders above ₹10,000.
  • Standard Shipping: ₹500 for orders below ₹10,000.
  • No additional charges for heavy items (chimneys, hobs).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp.
  • You can also contact us on WhatsApp at +91 92511 19251 with your order ID for real-time updates.

5. Installation

  • Free Installation is provided for kitchen chimneys and built-in hobs in serviceable areas.
  • Installation will be scheduled within 2-3 days of delivery.
  • An Elisa-authorized technician will contact you to schedule a convenient time.
  • Standard installation includes basic ducting (up to 3 feet). Additional ducting or specialized mounting may incur extra charges.
  • Gas stoves and accessories do not require professional installation.

6. Delivery Instructions

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
  • Inspect the package for external damage before accepting delivery.
  • If the package appears damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • Take photos/videos while unboxing for documentation in case of any issues.

7. Failed Delivery

  • If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the logistics partner will make up to 2 additional attempts.
  • After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Re-delivery charges may apply for returned packages.
